For the Unix administrators, you will be working in a high pressure environment where customer data
simply cannot be lost
For the Unix adminstrators you will part of the team that support our range of servicess, virtualisation
platforms, SMTP, DNS and bare bones services to our customers
Remote skills are a reality of the work place environment. Once you fulfill your contractural obligations
to us there will not be a problem.
We would expect confidentiality on some of our operating processes and customers and
that would be applicable based on any Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA) you sign with us.
We would also not expect you to divulge any market sensitive information on any other organisation
you perform services for to us.
It is common nowadays to have more than one job and we understand and respect that
We have a number of processes which are internal to us and we always specifically provide training formany such activities
that our staff need to upskilled on.
There are also new skills that come up in the wider industry and depending on what your job specs and duties
are it could be beneficial to organise additional training.
We expect our staff to upskill themselves as that is beneficial to both yourself and the wider organisation.
As a Cloud service provider we need to be aware of all technological advances at our earliest convenience
to maintain our competitive edge
We provide a 24/7/365 service and the nature of that our clients would expect to be able to
reach us any time of the day.
Your hours will be primarily dependent on the tasks that you are expected to manage and support
during the working day, that said nobody will be forced to work outside our working hours which
are 7am to 7pm
