We encourage all our customers to have alternative backups for their data simply because we believe
that it provides confidence in our motives and also inspires avoiding a single point of failure for your

Our management tools from the Control Panel will provide you a number of options on how to backup your data and transfer remotely either by FTP or SSH
You are also to automate these backups using cron if you have the technical skills to use that tool.
Please note you cannot use your backups to exceed your package data quota of disk space

Yes we can provide SLAs for Disaster Recovery options for our clients.
The SLAs will be personlised dependent on what the client wishes to achieve but generally you would have three options for the RPO and RTO. This would require detailed discussions on what the client's needs are
