There are several ways to maximise your domain experience

You will have your domain hosted on one of our server.
You have access to a Control Panel to allow you manage all your domain resources
You will be able via the Control Panel create and manage all your email accounts
You will be able to manage your website and also access to it
Your comprehensive email tools will give you total control over how your email users access their mail accounts
You will be able to create datbases for your website
You will be able to create and manage FTP accounts for your domain
You will be able to raise support tickets if the need arises
You will be able to run the demo account to familiarise your users with the use of the Control Panel and also the different methods to retrieve your mail via the browser, laptop and other mobile devices
We encourage all our customers to have alternative backups for their data simply because we believe that it provides confidence in our motives and also inspires avoiding a single point of failure for your data.
Our management tools from the Control Panel will provide you a number of options on how to backup your data and transfer remotely either by FTP or SSH
You are also to automate these backups using cron if you have the technical skills to use that tool.
Please note you cannot use your backups to exceed your package data quota of disk space
Technically no limits, if you hit a limit please contact us and it will be resolved promptly
