There are several ways we safeguard our Virtual Machines

How do I manage my Virtual machines

You will be given a username and Password to access the Control Panel from where you can manage all your Virtual Machines(VMs)
The Control Panel or Management Console will provide you with the necessary tools to Start and Stop your VM.
The Management Console will also provide you with access to Graphical interface to manage your Firewall rules.
The firewall rules you setup here will overide those that exist on your actual VM operating system
In effect you will have to firewall running, you can always disable the firewall on the Management Console

Do I have root access to my VM

You full and complete access to your VM and can rebuild it as often as you wish. You are free to install any operating system you desire

What if my VM goes down and I am unable to reach it via the Internet

You will always be able to reach your VM via the Management Console and from there resolve any connection issues you are experiencing
We will also backup your VM for you and you can request that the backup be restored.
Please Note that the existing VM will then be deleted and replaced by the backup

Do you have any access to my VM

As your service provider we are have limited access to your VM BUT at your request we can delete the VM and replace it from your backup
We will not be able to access your VM via any means except you give us the login credentials
