Yes we will not limit for Mailboxes and databases that you utilise for your customers
You will however be limited by the amount of server resources that you utilise
You will be limited by the number of vCPUs, Ram and disk capacity that you have available to utilise

How many customers can I have

You again can have as many customers as you wish, if you are serious with serving your customers adequately and plan ahead you will ensure that you have acquired enough resources for your customer base

What if I want to increase or upgrade the resources for my customers

Depending on your actual use case it might be prudent for your upgrade to be to manage your own VM, with your own VM you can request the amount of vCPU, Ram, disk capacity that you feel would be adequate for your customer base and any future expansion

What if my data gets is lost for whatever reason

We will backup your data for the last 5 days and will be able to restore your entire data platform for you as a reseller.
If you a running your own VM, we also backup your VM and will also be able to restore your VM for you.
Our priority will be to restore within the shortest time possible except where you have additional and specific SLA that specifies a specific time frame
For your VM we can also provide an email alert to confirm your scheduled backups have happened
